Designed by architect Joan Rotger and brought to life by Terraza Balear’s team of interior architects and designers, the project draws inspiration from the verticality of a sailing boat’s mast. This sense of upward movement and openness is elegantly reflected in the design of the living zone and staircase enclosure, with each space meticulously planned to echo the graceful lines and fluidity of sailing.

A palette of deep and subtle shades of blue evokes the ever-changing hues of the sea, enhancing the serene ambiance throughout. The materials, especially the wood that feels as though it has been gently worn by the waves, create a tactile connection to the maritime environment.
